Rain Clears for Japanese Garden

Some wedding superstitions say that rain on a wedding day is good luck and brings unity, is cleansing, and even brings fertility to the bride and groom. Alex and Amanda don't need luck. This amazing couple has gone through enough the past year and today nothing can stand in their way. Amanda lost her father in 2014 and they decided to postpone the wedding day. Today her father is here in their hearts and his spirit watches over his daughter on her wedding day.

The wedding took place in the beautiful 5120 Restaurant and Onyx bar in Bloomington, MN with elegant chandeliers, a room of glass, and a mirrored waterfall as the backdrop for the ceremony. This was a beautiful venue for an indoor wedding.

After the rain cleared we made our way over to the Japanese Garden for our wedding party portraits and more photos with family.
