Swing Bridge Family Engagement

The Rock Island Swing Bridge was built in 1894, it was a double deck structure that carried the railroad across the Mississippi river on the top level and the lower level was for vehicles and was the last toll bridge in MN. It closed to trains in 1980 and closed for good in 1999, the toll was 75 cents.

This was a very fitting place for Tiffany and Chad's engagement as the river is a very big part of their life. They have a house boat on the Mississippi and spend a lot of their time enjoying the river together.

Their boys wanted to help celebrate the engagement with them.

Congratulations Tiffany and Chad and we so enjoyed getting to capture these beautiful images for you and hope to join you for your wedding on the river.
